* Suggestion: prefer short routes, mentally plan toilets. Not a medical statement.

Every morning, not only before the appointment
Free shows history and trends across up to 28 days. Premium adds 56 to 365 days and custom windows. Early patterns can already appear on Free; longer ranges provide more comparison options.
Example · Monday morning · more high-urgency logs than the weekly average02
Your personal norm instead of a generic benchmark
After 60 logged days, your personal norm is available on Free. Premium adds longer ranges and custom comparison windows — documentation of your entries, not a diagnosis.

Correlations with sample size, no AI guessing
From 3 valid symptom logs, Free can show an early, low-confidence pattern. Premium adds longer ranges and advanced comparisons. The display describes frequency, not proof of cause or a diagnosis.

FAQ · pricing
What people ask before starting.
Honest answers on Free, Premium and the one-time purchase.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is not a trial: unlimited logging, the daily read, history and trends across 7, 14, or 28 days, one daily browser-push reminder, 12 foundational academy lessons, JSON export of the last 28 days, and the first doctor report as PDF — no credit card and no expiry date.
What is the difference between the one-time purchase and Premium?
The one-time purchase (€5.99) gives you exactly one additional doctor report without a subscription. Premium (€2.99/month or €29.90/year) includes unlimited reports plus longer ranges up to 365 days, advanced trigger correlations, additional analytics, doctor share link, weekday/flare reminders, and email delivery.
Can I cancel Premium monthly?
Yes. The monthly plan has a one-month minimum term, the annual plan one year. After that, both can be cancelled at the end of the current term — directly in the app, no hotline.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
Nothing is lost. All entries stay in your private data space; you simply go back to the Free ranges up to 28 days. The last-28-days JSON export and deletion work on every plan.
How do I pay, and do prices include VAT?
Billing runs via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All prices shown include VAT; your billing country is applied at checkout.
Does DarmKompass replace a doctor visit?
No. DarmKompass is a private symptom diary, not a medical device and not a DiGA. It does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. For red flags such as blood in stool, black stool, fever, unintended weight loss or severe persistent pain, please see a doctor.
Ready?
Start today. Tomorrow you know how today will go.
Free is enough for the first entry, the first read and the first doctor report. Premium when you want more — not because you have to.
